Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. A 1 hour post meal sugar level of 138 is just borderline. Eating excessive sweet items on a single occasion is not so worrisome. You should check your blood sugars tomorrow, especially fasting and post meals. You should further follow the diabetic diet and keep your sugars under control, as high sugar levels have adverse effects on the fetus. Diabetic diet includes some meal or snack every2 hours, so the craving is usually decreased.
Stretch mark cream or oil can be started from fifth month of pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
preferably avoid mangoes

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Mangoes are as such not contraindicated in pregnancy. However, since you are diabetic you should preferably avoid eating mangoes as it easily causes deranged sugar levels.
