Question: for frozen shoulder can i use signoflam for pain.

Hello,

Thanks for the post.

You can use Signoflam for the pain associated with frozen shoulder. this is a temporary measure effective with hot pads over the area. You need to stretch the muscles to release the adhesions even during the pain. You can use ice as well.

But remember if you do not exericse the adhesions will increase the problem and it is really stuck nothing to do. So go ahead with your physio without fail. Sometimes to increase the movements doctors give steroid injections to reduce the adhesions and pain. You can try.

The dictum is keep the shoulder moving. A beautiful article to practice exercises.
