Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are reporting that you have orange stools after using psyllum and this is related to increased bowel motility. Please keep in mind that any change in bowel motility will cause changes in stool color.

However, can you please send me a photo of your stools, so I will check them by my self?

Meantime, Wish you health!

Good morning, thank you for your response. Today it is a little more brown and not as orange and the last few days. Attached is an image. I cut the metamucil dose in half. Thank you again for your expertise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your stools photo I would like to say that reducing the dose of Metamucil has normalized their color. This confirm my advice that increased bowel motility is to be blamed for the changes in stool color (orange).

Since, your stool color is normalized with half the dose I would like to advice to continue with actual dose.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
