Omnipred in some cases can raise the intra ocular pressure. Azopt and lumigan are used to bring down the pressure. So it is better to avoid using Omnipred with these two drops, unless it is being done under careful supervision and it is essential to use them together.

My dear,
Good of you to get back to me.
We need to be more specific abkut the duct which is infllammed.Which duct is involved.
Generally there are non steroid anti inflammatory drugs in the form of drops,which are sligbtly less effe tive,but without side effects.One can resort to oral anti inflammatory tablets.
Please get back to me with specificayion of duct,so i can offer useful suvvestions.
