Hello. Was your blood pressure low before you started these eye drops? Beta blockers (like Timolol) are used to lower blood pressure, but in eye drops the concentration is very low, and you can always prevent systemic (into your blood stream) absorption, by applying gentle pressure on the inner corner of your eye after putting your eye drops. If your eye pressure is optimal for your optic nerve condition and visual fields, then a combination drop like Ganfort (Lumigan + timolol) used at night may be adequate. Please consult your ophthalmologist.

Timolol a beta blocker used for treatment of glaucoma to lower the intra ocular pressure. Timolol is known to reduce the blood pressure rarely especially when used with systemic betablockers which are used for treatment of blood pressure.
Do not stop timolol on your own please do consult ophthalmologist he will be able to substitute timolol with some other drug.
