Question: I would like to know if there is a reaction between metoprolol and bitter melon??

I read your query and understood your concerns.

There are no known interactions between Metoprolol and Bitter melon.

However if you are diabetic and use together medications for diabetes, bitter melon and betablockers you may experience low sugar levels with minimal symptoms.

This is why the use of these three drugs isn't recommended.
