Brief Answer:
One side leg pain can not be from Lisinopril.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lisinopril can cause leg cramps as a side effect. But it does not cause typical leg and back pain. Especially if the leg pain is on one side only. If so, this is not Lisinopril effect for sure.
Leg and back pain is very often caused by spine disc herniation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Bone pain.

Detailed Answer:
It causes pain only in case of bones metastases. This gives constant bone pain. Such pain gets worse and worse with time. And regular pain killers do not help.
