Brief Answer:
He might be going through withdrawal symptoms!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this early onset dementia that your husband has which seems to have been provoked by his abuse of klonopin. I have reviewed this information fully and am a bit worried that his withdrawal from klonopin could have been the reason why he is having these symptoms. This seems supported by the fact that after taking a tablet of this drug, he seems to be doing better.

My suggestion would be that you talk to his doctor and let him try it for sometime. If it continues to improve his symptoms, then I will suggest that he considers giving him low doses to enable him function. At times, we may get hooked to drugs that our functioning becomes greatly impaired unless we continue receiving the drug.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
