Brief Answer:
Both can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Diavit is a multivitamin and can be taken at this age on regular basis. Lycoxy is an anti oxidant and can be taken for a short while like for 2 weeks along with Diavit after which Lycoxy can be stopped and Diavit can be continued.
So, Lycoxy can be again repeated for 2 weeks after 2-3 months.
Multivitamins provide you a good support for the purpose of generalized weakness and debility.
However, it's not that it needs to be continued for long.
A good diet containing vegetables, fruits should be given along, as the multivitamins or antioxidants are supplementation only.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Many thanks, Dr. Varshney. Is it harmful or redundant if Lycoxy is continued for more than two weeks ( in addition to Diavit).

Does these two vitamin supplements have many common vitamins; hence it is better to avoid one of them after a short period?

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Not required actually

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Actually yes, there would be overlapping of few vitamins and minerals in both the supplements so should be best avoided together for long term.
As i said, that these are just supplements, so if a person is taking normal diet, adding one supplement is good enough for this purpose.
Diavit is in itself a good supplement, so in my opinion both of them for a long term are not required.
If you have any further questions, please ask me.
