Brief Answer:
kindly get rubella antibody titre done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
I would like to know about your immunity status about rubella.
To find this your need to consider testing for anti rubella antibody titre.
A good immune response will have titre more than1:10.
In case of good titre there is nothing to worry about.
Usually rubella is not known to be transmitted through semen or sperms.
But to be on safer side its advisable to get testing done.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
you can try for pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
Let me explain the things in a better way.If iam not wrong I guess you took MMR vaccine and you are asking about your wife.
In my opinion I would like to explain that the
chances of your wife to get rubella virus from you is very very rare.
But as a general protocol it is advisable to test rubella antibody titres for your wife to know how much she is protected from rubella.
In case if your wife took rubella vaccine in her childhood she will be protected with good amount of antibodies.
You can go for pregnancy but if you are sure that she is vaccinated for rubella in her childhood then there is no need to check for titres. But incase if you are doubtful about the vaccination status I suggest you to check for rubella antibody titre.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr Srilatha
