Diabetic. Taking iron pills. Suggest diet?

hi I got diagnose with diabetes last firday it was 300 n im also anemic 9.5 I got iron pills n meds for my sugar but I cant seem to balance my sugar cause if I eat for my iron my sugar goes up what should my plan be?

The blood glucose levels do need regular monitoring and dosage regulation according to the blood glucose levels. It takes 5-7 days for the dosage regulation.
