Brief Answer:
No need. Follow up with a bit more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, HbA1c may month report is 6.2 which indicates her sugar level is absolutely under control. Still kindly follow up with fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.

Please let me know does she has any symptoms like diarrhea, abdominal distension, flatulence?

In that case she can stop tablet voglibose. As she does not have hypoglycemia, so no need to change tablet gliclazide or it's dosage. Otherwise other medications usually does not cause hypoglycemia.

Along with that follow strict diabetic diet and regular exercise. Repeat fasting and postprandial sugar level, HbA1c after 3 months. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Kindly watch for symptoms of hypoglycemia like dizziness, shakiness, sweating.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
