Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern. Here is my advice.

As per your history, pain over right rib cage may be due to muscle strain or acid reflux as all blood investigations and chest x ray are within normal limits.

Red/pink tiny rashes which comes and goes and no itching which may be due to contact dermatitis or sometimes insect bite like mosquitoes.

Let me know do you have history of trauma or injury, fever, cough, acidity, breathlessness? Kindly follow up with detailed history. In that case you may require detailed evaluation.

As you are consulted with doctor, I would suggest you to take tab. myospas D twice a day after food along with other medications after consultation.

Apply heat pads, diclofenac gel locally. Do regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know I can assist you further. Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
