Stalopam plus contains two very potent medicines Escitalopram (10 mg) and clonazepam (.5 mg) used as antidepressant and anti anxiety drug usually given once a day.
If it is necessary to increase the dose your doctor may increase it up to 20 mg, but it depends on for what condition the drug is used.

There are many side effects so just take as your doctor advised.
