If it is cured with steroid it is unlikely to be cancer. Addition of Clotrimazole along with steroid will be helpful.

Thanks for providing clinical picture. It is unlikely to be cancer based on your young age and characteristic of lesion.

It is likely to be scab ( dried up secretion , post inflammation secondary to smegma).
Kindly provide me additional information

1. Since how long has the lesion been present
2. Is it increasing in size??
3. Did it respond to any local ointment?
4. Any excessive exposure to sun?
5. Does it itch or is there any discharge?

I would suggest you the following which will definitely help relieve the fungal Balanoposthitis

1. Hot Seitz bath: Add a handful of salt in a small tub of warm water. Sit in it for 15-20 minutes, before taking bath. Pull back the skin gently and clean the whitish secretion known as smegma. Repeat it twice a day. take a good bath after it

2. dry the skin well after hot bath__ Apply mixture of Betamethasone and Clotrimazole ointment over the glans after pulling back the prpuce. Replace the prepuce to its normal position after thoroughly applying the ointment

3. Good personal Hygeine and maintaining area clean and dry especially after voiding
