Can Severe Masturbation Lead To Blood In Urine?
Question: Can extreme masturbation lead to blood in the urine? About 3 years ago this happened to me and I went through every test, except having my brain tested for stupidity, with my urologist and he gave me an all clear. Did not have any more bleeding for 3 years and then recently after masturbating again, I passed a lot of blood in my urine. It cleared up for a couple of days and then after doing some heavy lifting it came back again today. What do you suggest?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bleeding in urine especially after heavy masturbation,
The bleeding that you have could be due to two reasons
1) Trivial injury to urethra due to rough vigorous masturbation or
2) Burst Superficial vein on surface of the Enlarged Prostate which is common at this age ,
Though all the tests that you have undergone three years back were normal the same can not be said to be true today .Hence I would suggest you to get following basic tests done to establish source of bleeding
1) Blood Coagulation profile
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Cystoscopic examination of bladder and urethral passage .
In the meanwhile take antibiotics like Norfloxacin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac. twice daily .
Ensure not have sexual encounters till it gets cured completely .
Ensure to drink more water
