Question: Hi,
I have got an ovarian cyst 3.5 mm/ cm measures in size. It would be great if you could ans the following questions:
Its been 1.5 years I got married, will there be any complications if I plan to conceive after 6-7 months?
If I want to postponed the periods for some reason once in a while will it make any impact? Any specific medicine I can take for it?
What is the cure for it?
Any specific precautions I need to take.

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Such small cysts generally disappear by themselves. Confirm it by repeating transvaginal ultrasound scan after 2 month on day 2 of your cycle.

2) There will be no complications if you try for pregnancy after 7 months.

3) I dont advice postponing periods as it delays pregnancy.

No specific precautions are required.
