Question: If a women delivers a baby just now then her husband should not sex with her for 2 or 3 years to allow proper growth of the child since the women has to feed milk to the child and look after the child

If a women delivers a baby just now then her husband can have sex with her when she feels comfortable and better to use contraception for few years (as desired by both parents) to allow proper growth of the child since the women has to feed milk to the child and look after the child.

the advice does not go wrong as long as the Practice of lactation amenorrhea is considered . please explain this practice if it can be applied and I think that would be best method

In most cases lactational amenorhea is seen for 6-8 months. Even if it persists, it is hardly seen for more than 1 year. Therefore it is not a very reliable method. It can be relied on till 4-6 months, after that you will need other contraceptive measures like condom.
Since she would be lactating she may not take oral contraceptives. Another method is IUD (intrauterine device).
