Brief Answer:
Natural conception is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have a large cyst near your ovary. It can affect the ovarian function or the tubal function. But since the cyst is present on only one side and the other side is normal, natural conception is possible. There is no need to worry. But you need to monitor the cyst with follow up ultrasound scans every 4-6 months and in case the cyst is increasing in size then it is best to get it removed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Do have regular intercourse during fertile days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
A trial of 2-3 months is inadequate for conception. You need to have daily intercourse during the ovulation days- fertile days of the cycle- from day 11 to day 18. If still you are unable to conceive after three months then do consult an infertility specialist. The cyst will not hinder the growth of the baby once you conceive. In case you are not able to conceive then the necessity of surgery will be decided by your gynecologist.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Try for natural conception first.

Detailed Answer:
A paraovarian cyst that is affecting only one side should not interfere with pregnancy. It is better to try for natural conception for at least six months at home and in case you are not successful then consult an infertility specialist.

Brief Answer:
You can conceive naturally.

Detailed Answer:
The size of paraovarian cyst is large but since it is only on one side and not increasing in size, you can wait and try for natural conception. In case you fail to conceive in next six months then go for surgical removal and further investigations under guidance of an infertility specialist.
