Question: Hi. I have ankylosing spondylitis. No fusion anywhere. I do have pain. I'm 32 years old, male, and spent the last 11 years very active, in the Army. I want to lift weights and run. If I'm reasonable, will this activity place me at risk of fusing earlier or causing permanent changes quicker?
