Can Hiatus Hernia Cause Antral Gastritis Problem?
Question: Hi sir lm afraid of hiv, 6 month before I had a sex with club girl. I took hiv elisa test and it came negative, lm afraid bcos I got small hitus hernia. Grade 2 distal oesophagitis. Moderate antral gastritis. Skin problems and sore throat. Joint pain. Hitus herina can cause antral gastritis problem, I use to do abdomen exercise.

Read and understood that you had sex with a club girl. If HIV Elisa tests is negative there is nothing to worry about.
Your another problem is related to hiatus hernia, grade II distal esophagitis and antritis. Hiatus hernia does not cause gastritis as such but it may be a contributory factor for the symptoms.
Take proper treatment as must have been advised by your Gastroenterologist.
Your another problems are related to the sore-throat, joint pains and skin problems. All such problems may need investigations if required and proper clinical evaluation by your Doctor so that a p[roper diagnosis and treatment can be instituted.
For gastritis and esophagitis problems I would suggest you the following:
-Soft bland diet.
-Control of stress and anxiety play a major role.
-Medicines like PPI, Domperidone and antacid liquids when you are on empty stomach.
- Good night's sleep of minimum 6 to 8 hours.
-Head end of the bed to be elevated so that the reflux if any is reduced.

Sir last 9 month i was in minus degree now it's too hot here it cause joint pain. Near my home petrol bulk is here inhale of that skin problem occurs. Im worried lot bcos of hiv, I had sex on Feb first test I took jun and 2nd test July and last Aug all non reactive. I want to go for one more test sir, tell me what to do.
