Thank you so much sir. My thoughts from the beginning, but it seems my surgeon or my urologist don't seem to get the message. Or, at least they do not want to admit that something is amiss. I will be having a cystoscopy next week, maybe something will be seen and admitted. Now is there anything that can be done ?

Brief Answer:
Proceed with cystoscopy and discuss medical options with your urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your the details and appreciation. It's indeed a source of encouragement.

It's good that you got appointment for the cystoscopy. I would suggest you to continue with the plan. If it's not significant or doesn't reveal any significant finding, the other option to look for adhesions is either diagnostic laparotomy or MRI pelvis. As laparotomy is an invasive procedure so allways non invasive are preferred as first priority.

Cystoscopy may help with urthera dilation and may improve your symptoms as well. Other options like medications tamsuline and others which help in urinary flow may be considered after discussing with your urologist.

Keep repeating urinalysis from time to time as with obstructive symptoms chances of pooling and contamination of urine developing urinary tract infections so these should be looked at from time to time. Keep good water intake Meanhwile.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
