Brief Answer:
Not advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

It is not advisable to donate blood again within 6 months of blood donation. As you have already donated blood 2 months ago, do not donate blood again. As for WBC too they will collect the whole blood and then separate them into different components of the blood.

Precautions for blood donation would be clean and contaminated free blood collection center and equipments. Drink extra water and fluids, avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages before donation.

Side effects seen after blood donation would be tiredness, fatigue, dizziness due to drop in Blood pressure, Bruise over the needle area and sometimes bleeding.

Discuss regarding your recent blood donation with the doctors in the blood donation camp.

Hope this answers your query. If any further questions, will be happy to help you.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Short term

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Good to know that you want to help someone. But it won't be advisable. You can seek the advise of the treating doctor or the doctor in the blood collection center of the hospital.

The side effects mentioned in the previous response are for short term and dizziness, drop in Blood pressure can be avoided by having plenty of fluids before and after blood donation.

Hope this answers your query.
