Brief Answer:
Caution required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Ibuprofen like other Non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID ) can produce gut injury. The other issue is the use of incipient containing gluten.
Certain brands like Mortin IB tab are gluten free. Your pharmacist should be able to help in choosing a brand.
As there is potential harm from injury to the gut the use has to be decided based on the risk benefit ratio. If the pain is not much a more gut friendly anti inflammatory medicine may be used. Ibuprofen if needed may be used in a smaller dose starting with 200mg with food.
I hope this helps.
