Can Appendicitis Cause Lower Right Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?
Question: lower right side abdominal pain it started out all over bout 5 hours ago have had diarrhea could it be appendix I do have Gerd

Lower right side abdominal pain could be due to plenty of reasons apart from appendix.
Since you have diarrhea,the possibility of appendicitis is slightly unlikely rather,I would first think about infection of bowel and will want to rule out appendicitis but for that,I would need some more information.
Do you have nausea or vomiting?
Do you have loss of appetite or fever, even mild?
How many times you have diarrhea?
What is the consistency of stool?
Tried any medications to relieve from pain and diarrhea?
