Brief Answer:
yes, anxiety can cause them.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There can be several unusual and irrelevant vauge symptoms in a patient of anxiety disorder. They, when investigated do not have any organic basis ( all tests come out to be normal).
And most of the time these separate sets of symptoms get well completely with treatment of anxiety itself.

So, if you are already on some meds for psychiatric illness ( can tell me if you need to revise them) then you might need to hike the dose or change them. Im sure that by doing this the new sets of pressure symptoms will disappear.
P.S- please get the blood pressure checked and may be get an X Ray neck to rule out any problem there which might give rise to pressure symptom.

Good luck!

Please feelfree to ask more questions for clarification.

Brief Answer:
yes, can be due to anxiety in many patients

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your follow up question was not very clear but soemhow I feel that you wanted to ask if clogged feeling in head be associated with anxiety as well?

Yes, feeling of chokiness / clogged brain or head or even confusion can occur to anxiety in several patients.
These all reflect restless state of mind which is there and the symptoms might appear to increase in closed rooms..or small spaces or evn in crowded situations.
There is good response in these with anti anxiety drugs.
Even if you get various tests- all usually come out to be within normal range.

Please feel free to ask for more clarification.
