It is safe to take actifed tab while on zithromax .

Actifed tab contain decongestant pseudoephedrine and antihistamine triprolidine which can be taken twice or thrice a day depending on severity of cold .

Zithromax contain azithromycin which are taken once a day .

This two medication commonly prescribe for upper respiratory track infection.
