Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You are somewhat right in your query and there exists chances of a rare yet potentially dangerous condition called serotonin syndrome. When antidepressants are used in larger doses or used in combinations, this can precipitate. It precipitates mostly during the initial use of the combination therapy. It is because of the drug interaction that occurs between these two medicine and may lead to symptoms like increased heart rate, sweating, shivering, confusion, seizures, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, muscle spasm etc.
Hence my suggestion would be to talk to your treating doctor about this and if he/she approves, then only continue with the medications.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards
