Question: can I use nicip plus for my wife's lower left abdominal pain, for at least temporary relief until I visit doctor.
FYI, her periods are due on around 10th of every month and is yet to come this month.

If there are no chances of pregnancy , then she can take it.If there are chances of pregnancy then avoiding medications is good idea.Secondly she ideally needs an ultrasound evaluation of pelvis to know cause of pain.
