Brief Answer:
Lorinase syrup 5 ml (one teaspoon) once daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
You can give your daughter syrup Lorinase. Lorinase contains Loratadine (1mg/ ml) and Pseudoephedrine (12mg/ ml). Please check the label and confirm the information.

The dosage recommended for Loratidine and Psedoephedrine is 0.2 mg/ kg body weight and 2.4 mg/ kg body weight respectively.

For a 21 kg child, 5 ml of the syrup given once daily should be sufficient. If she is not improving then please consult pediatrician immediately for clinical examination and treatment with higher medications like antibiotics.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
