Question: Can I take Keflex 500mg with Metformin 1000mg bid ? I have bronchitis and I don't have time to visit my PCP as I am starting a new job

I have gone through the interaction list between these two medications. It is safe to take these tablets together.

I also suggest you to do the following for bronchitis

1. avoid cold food and beverages
2. avoid smoking
3. avoid milk and milk products
4. anti histaminic like levocetrzine once at night will help reduce the symptoms
