Can IBS Causes Constipation?

Question: My ibs has been controlled for yrs now and i have never gotten hemorrhoid due to it but i have been having alot of conspation latley so could this hemorrhoid occur due to my ibs even thou i ve never had one before and i have had ibs for 6 yrs now

The most important reason is constipation as straining at passing stool while constipated causes the veins in anal canal to enlarge and pushed outward to transform them into hemorrhoids.
IBS can present as constipation too.
Hence IBS can be the primary cause.
There are also contributory factors like stress, anxiety, food habits, work culture and so on.
