No, IBS does not cause those markers to increase in those values

IBS does not alter these markers. If you have bowel symptoms only those values suggest that your symptoms are not from IBS but from an inflamatory disease.
But also, keep in mind that, these are nonspecific markers, meaning that there are a lot of inflammatory problems that increase those values, so you still may have IBS, and another problem in your body.
