Question: Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on 27th December - there were multiple sessions, but I did not ejaculate inside her. We are a bit worried regarding the conception via pre-cum etc.
Her last period was on 30th november, should she take any kind of emergency contraceptive pill like iPill or unwanted 72, as we do not want pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
It is wiser to have safety pills to avoid pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had menrioned that you had not ejaculated into her? I understood that you had coitus interuptus or withdrew before ejaculation. Am I right? More than precum (sperm concentration in the precum is grossly inadequate for conception), during coitus interuptus there was evry likelyhood for the first part of ejaculum could be unnoticed and left inside the vagina which could contain more sperm concentration that will be adequate for conception. If you are very keen in not having pregnancy, better ask her to take precuation as it could not be gauranteed that coitus interuptus is an absolute method for avoiding pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
Not advisable for frequent usage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
If you use occassionally it would not be harmful much. If you have allergy to those hormones or having some other ailment, you may not be able to use the pills. Some would be likely to have nausea and vomitting. Otherwise it can be used.
