Can HIV Or STDs Be Spread Through Cuts Despite Cleaning Hands?
Question: Dear doc,
I am a homosexual.. An hour ago I masturbated a guy with unknown HIV / STD status, I dnt think I touched his sperm or precum (I am not sure).. After that I cleared my hands with dettol hand wash (yellowish get used commonly). After an hour or so I was working with sharp blade and suddenly got a small cut and blood came, I kept my finger under mild hot water for 5 minutes or so.. Do I need to worry for this event? Is there test need to be performed or so. Please let me know am worried very much

There is no risk of HIV or any other STDs through this particular incident.
First of all, mutual masturbation is absolutely safe as the virus cannot enter through intact skin of hands even if it comes in contact with semen or pre cum.
Since you washed your hands thereafter hence there is no risk even if you sustained a cut subsequently because your hands were clean!!

Thank you sir.. After half an hour or so I got that cut.. I was very much scared.. Since it is a small cut bleeding stopped now. With this, can I involve in handjob again today with this injury?
