Brief Answer:
No. HIV CAN NOT BE TRANSMITTED THAT WAY

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM.

HIV Virus can be transmitted via blood route, via unprotected sex or from mother to foetus.

HIV virus can not be transmitted by touching an infected person, or even by kiss(unless you have injured oral mucosa - so should not do that).

So if you are giving just a body massage to an HIV infected person it will not get transmitted. So, don't worry regarding this.

If you still have doubt and anxiety you can do your ELISA test for HIV.. But don't worry HIV can't be transmitted by body massage.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.

Brief Answer:
There should be contact to blood usually

Detailed Answer:
Hi.. XXXXXXX . For HIV to be transmitted from one person to another there should be contact with blood or semen of other person is necessary..

Make sure that you haven't penetrate in vagina or have not done anal sex then there is nor risk of transmission.

If you are not sure then Kindly go for HIV test. However it's look like you haven't got HIV from that exposure so don't worry.

However you should avoid any sexual contact with HIV positive person.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.

What if she touched her vagina then she touched my body?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Harshal Vora (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Negligible chances unless you have injured skin

Detailed Answer:
Hey.. No there are no chances of transmission by just touching your body only unless you have injured skin and bleeding .. So don't worry about it.

If you are really worried then you just go for HIV test and clear your doubts. But as per my opinion there are no chances of transmission.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
No relax. There are no chances.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. XXXXXXX If you have not any sexual contact and only have messaged and no penetration then there are no chances of infection. So don't worry.

The symptoms you have described might be only a coincidence only. I feel that you are very much worried regarding that infection and whatever I tell you, you will still feel worried. That's why I have told you to do test. Otherwise if there is no penetration, no chances of infection. So don't worry. Feel safe.

So skin to skin can't transmit the virus?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Harshal Vora (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
No. Absolutely not.

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for late reply.
Skin to skin transmission is not possible. That's why we should spread awareness regarding HIV that handshake and hug to an HIV positive patients will not transmit the disease.
So don't worry.
Thank you.
