Answered by Dr. Sunil Jangid (26 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It depends whether the last exposure was protected or not.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back once again.

You are doing unprotected sex with your wife once a week and with your gf also. If both exposures are unprotected than it is high risk and you have to get tested at regular intervals. But as your friend I will suggest to stay away from such unsafe practices.

Thank You

Sir unprotected with wife & protected with gf
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sunil Jangid (30 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Then the risk is very unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back once again.

If it is unprotected sex with you wife and protected one with your gf then the risk of getting HIV is very unlikely but still it is considered as unsafe practice so as your friend I will advice to stay away from it. Polygamy within the same period of time is considered a high risk practice and all high risk practices whether it is protected or unprotected can change your health.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
You need to get tested again after one month.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

HIV test result after one week of exposure is not considered much reliable so you need to get tested again after at-least one month with 4th generation test to get highly reliable and accurate result.
