Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Intercourse?

Question: Dear Dr
I hope all is good. I have facing severe anxiety. I had a fear of catching HIV from having protected sex with a CSW . I have tested 4 time the first test was a DNA PCR test 11 days after exposure, the second yes was a DNA PCR test 18 days after exposure and tested negative as well, the third test was a combo p24 and anti body test on day 26 and was negative and the fourth test was a p24 and a anti body on day 28-29. Do you think that i should do further testing . In addition please help me with my anxiety as i have sweated excessively can't sleep more than 2 hours lost my appetite and can't go to the bathroom regularly. I also woke up on day 30 with a sore throat i am relly worried. do you think that i should visit my GP regarding this issue or shall i test once more and stop thinking about it . Please help me i feel that i am dying slowly

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.As you have tested all the major available tests you can relax now.You can stop worrying about it because all these are very sensitive tests.The sore throat you got might be due to a bacterial infection or simple viral infection.Have some warm chicken soup, lemon tea and vitamin C and do gargle which will help in relieving sore throat.If still not relieving then antibiotics might be required.For that you can approach your GP.
If it is difficult for you to control your anxiety then a counselling with a psychologist will be helpful.Psychologist will give you mind relaxation exercises which may help.If that is not helping then anxiolytics like alprazolam or SSRI group of drugs will be helpful.For absolutely making you free from anxiety you can repeat your test after 3 and 6 months which will make you almost 100 percent sure from HIV infection.
