Can HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Question: Hello Dr i recently went to a massage parlor during the massage the woman put Saran wrap on my penis and performed oral sex for approximately 15 to 20 seconds before I got scared and stopped her. I read online that saran wrap is not an effective barrier to block STDs and viruses I've asked a few Drs who say not to worry i would just like another opinoin i am worried about it.

I was only scared because online people were saying that seran wrap is not a safe barrier to block diseases because is is porus and viruses can het through. But it was only 15-20 seconds tops before i realized it and stopped her
