Brief Answer:
You acts carry a negligible risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
All the sex workers are not HIV positive. Even if we consider her as a HIV positive women, without a penetrative sex the HIV risk is very much less. As per CDC, XXXXXXX any type of act other than blood transfusion, needle sharing, anal and vaginal penetrative sex, oral sex carries a negligible risk for HIV. Oral sex also have a very low risk. Kissing, contact with vaginal secretions and precum are all having a negligible risk (less than 1 per 10000 contacts). So nothing to worry much. But it is better to rule out this negligible risk by a HIV blood test after appropriate time (after the window period).

I am in so much worry because what I have heard is

1)if the mucus of penis contacts with sacration there can be a risk

2) If there is a saliva contact by kissing there can be a risk

3)the virus is present in deep layer inside the vagina not the outer layer is that true?

Can you please explain these points in details so I can have some relief I already have OCD and I am having sucidal thoughts please help me

Brief Answer:
Your acts carry a negligible risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

1. An intact mucosa anywhere in the body including the human genitals is highly resistant to infection as it is lined by Stratified squamous epithelium. Only when there is minute or microscopic abrasions (acquired during intercourse), it will pave way for the entry of organism. So just a contact with infected material has only negligible risk for HIV.

2.Saliva is not infectious. Human salivary concentration of HIV virus of an infected person is very very less and not enough to cause an infection unless it is contaminated with blood.

3.Virus present inside the cells containing CD4 receptors like T4 lymphocytes of blood and body secretions like vaginal fluid, semen and macrophages, glial cells of other internal body fluids and not in layers (whether superficial or deep).

Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV through kissing

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Superficial kissing has no risk for HIV infection whereas deep intimate kissing has negligible risk for HIV. So your risk of HIV through kissing is almost nil.
