Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

default
Posted on Wed, 8 Jun 2016
Question: I have a question regarding possible exposure to STIs.

Here is the situation. I went to a massage parlor for a body to body massage. At some point during the massage, the masseuse rubbed her nipples against my penis head. Her nipples as well as my penis had a fair bit of massage oil. To the best of my knowledge, there was no blood/breast milk on her nipples (nipples were smooth and without any visible cracks). There was no penetrative sexual activity. Based on this event, is there a possibility of being exposed to any STI?

Thank you.

The risk for STD/HIV during genital rubbing aginst breast is nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You are absolutely safe from the point of STD/HIV. Without an exchange of body fluids or a direct contact with any STD lesion one can not get either STD or HIV.
Even if she has any breast secretions the risk for HIV is negligible. Continuos exposure of breast milk for months together as in case of an infant feeding, then only it could infectious. In that condition also. It is 25-30% only. Not 100%. So you need not worry about STD/HIV.
