Brief Answer:
Medicines are correct

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

Both medicines are correct. Emeset Syrup is given to stop vomiting. It is given according to weight so you should tell the weight of child.

Entromax XXXXXXX is a prebiotic. It is mixed with three small teaspoons of water for 1 minute then given slowly in 5 to 10 minutes.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Hi doctor, thank you for the response. Baby weighs 5.8kgs. Kindly let us know how much quantity we are required to give Emeset syrup before food.

She has cold (very bad, when she breaths, we can hear she caught up with cold), when she vomits, it is thick.. Could you suggest any medicine for cold. Her temperature is at 99.5F

Brief Answer:
Emeset as advised below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Emeset Syrup contains ondansetron, it is given as 0.1 mg /kg. Since, weight is 5.8 kg, dose should be 2.5 ml per dose.

For cold in such a small child, there could be various things which can only be assessed by a doctor.

I suggest you to get the child examined before giving any medicine for cold.

Take care.
