Brief Answer:
preferably no drug in first 3 months of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

There is no safe drug in pregnancy.
Any drug can harm to fetous, and the most vulnerable period is first 3 months of pregnancy.

As you are planning baby, you should avoid these drugs.
You can discuss with your treating doctor about each medicine you are taking and its potential effects on baby. After discussion you can mutually decide which drug if needed to be continued considering your health status also.

I can give you some idea.
Normally fertilization occurs on 14th day of menses and your pregnancy confirms after missed period means around 15 days after fertilization. So if during this period medicines are there they can harm fetus.

So if your condition permit you can stop your medicines after 11th day of menses. If you become pregnant your gynecologist and psychiatrist will decide further treatment. If your period comes and you cant conceive, you can restart medicine for more 11 days.
Here I have considered your normal menses cycle 28-30 days.

If you can tell me "your diagnosis of psychiatric problem and your current health status" I can suggest more about medicines that they should be continued or not. Or you can discuss same with your treating doctor in detail.

Hope you have got clue.
Regards,
Dr. Chintan Solanki.
