Brief Answer:
very rarely amlodipine, metformin does not

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Some medications can cause weight gain but metformin is not one of them.

It is actually thought to cause weight loss in some persons.

Amlodipine can very rarely have an effect on weight in 0.1 to 1 % (1 out of 1000 to 1 out of 100) in some persons.
Losartan is not thought to affect weight.

Other medications such as commonly used antihistamines (zyrtec and allegra) , can cause weight gain.
There are also other diabetic drugs that cause this problem

It can be difficult to lose weight. Since you have a healthy diet and activity level, you may need to see if there are any other hidden reasons for the weight eg thyroid hormone levels.
These can be slightly low in some persons, they may not have any other issues except weight related effects.

In addition, you may also want to consider: (1) meal replacement- replace one or two meals daily with a meal replacement bar/shake or other meal

This has been shown to be very helpful

(2)join a community group such as e diet or see a nutritionist for additional advice

(3)consider seeing a weight loss doctor who may consider medications to help you

There are a number of relatively new medications that can be prescribe to help with weight loss.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
