Brief Answer:
Urticaria, start with antihistaminics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction which has many causes.
It can occur due to infection, food and drug allergy, thyroid dysfunction and in many cases occurs without any cause.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg in the morning and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving your problem.

Dr Asmeet

Thank you Doctor. So even if I have that allergy reduced or gone,

I should continue taking the medicine for two weeks?
