Are There Any Natural Medication To Treat Gynecomastia Which Has Been Present Since Adolescence?
Question: Hello, I am not sure but I think I have gynecomastia and I was reading on the Internet of a product named Gynexin. I don't have any money for Plastic Surgery. I only have one income and my wife is pregnant. My nipple don't really hurt and the one on the right is really inflameded. Do you recommend this medication ? Will it help me? I don't want to waste the little money that I have one. I will appreciated it you could please help me with it. Do you recommend other natural medication for my nipples? Once again. Thank you

Hello,
If gynecomastia has been present since adolescence, there is no need to do further exams to find it's cause.
But if it is lately visible, you need to see an endocrinologist to exclude some pathologies that cause gynecimastia in adult men (thyroid pathologies, prolactinoma, high estrogen levels ect).
An ultrasound of the breast is also needed to verify that there is addipose tissue without any mass.
From the picture one of the breasts is inflammed and needs antibiotic treatment.
If there is found any pathology causing gynecomasty, it should be treated and the breast will decrease.
If the pathologies causing gynecomastia are excluded, you can use Gynexin (it helps to burn the addipose tissue of the breast) but the result is not sure.

First you need to take an antibiotik for the nipple inflamation, than you may use Gynexin.
It can help to reduce the breast a bit but not to bring back to normal size.

Is it Ok to take Gynexin taking Propanolol 60MG for headaches? Another Question What are natural supplements to lower down the cholesterol? I have heard of Red Yeast . What is the maximum dose of this medication that I can take?

Propranolol is not recommended for headaches, but they can be taken together.
I still recommend to check at least thyroid function, if cholesterol level is high too, it is very possible that there may be underactive thyroid and should be excluded/verified. An underactive thyroid may often be the cause of high cholesterol at young ages.
For the moment you should not mix up the supplements.
Try physical activity and a healthy diet (avoid animal fats, add fish instead of meat in your diet, especially salmon and food rich in omega 3 fatty acids).
The most important component that reduces cholesterol is physical activity, but if there is a family predisposition for high cholesterol it will be difficult to reduce it with lifestyle interventions or supplements.
