Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Detailed evaluation is needed to find out what exactly causing this symptoms.
I suggest you to consult a physician and get evaluated. Get an ECG and tread mill test to rule out any cardiac causes. You have to do a thyroid function test as thyroid disorders can also cause excessive fatigue. Check your blood sugar level to rule out undetected diabetes.
If you are on any supplements just stop it as some health supplements can also cause this.
Wishing you good health
Thanks

I should have added more information.
a Check-up 3 days ago with blood tests show Negative for Flu, Anemia, Thyroid issues, Lupus. Testosterone normal (did show higher than normal Cholesterol)
Have had 4-5 colds since August and Bronchitis twice for 2 months each, including current bout with Bronchitis.
The feel of weakness comes with some amount of Fuzzy, Hazy feeling in the head, lots of pressure behind eyes and ears, except I don't think the congestion has to do with my weakness and quick to fatigue.
Does this help?
Also?, ? Can a person carry the symptoms of an old Virus (Mono) and when run down all these can come back....
Even though I,m 55, I am still very active, Weight lift and run all the time. I'm not at my College playing days for weight lifting but close to 75%
In the last 48 hrs it seems I'm recovering somewhat, slowly, but this is something that i I could avoid in future or do some sort of maintenance for it to prevent future bouts....I would do so! Could you please follow up. Thanks Tim

Brief Answer:
It could be minor respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for following.
Your doesn’t look like serious one as all the tests negative.
You have to look for any focus of infection like decayed teeth or infected sinus as this can cause recite respiratory tract infection.
Infectious Mononucleosis is another possibility but the chances for recurrence are low. You can repeat a mono spot test for confirmation.
Avoid exposure to dust and fumes also. You can take antihistamines like levocetrizine for symptomatic relief.

Wishing you good health
Thanks
