Question: Hello doctor.. im 31 weeks pregnant..at my 20 weeks scan eif was seen in both ventricles of heart..my downs risk came bk at 1:100000 in first trimester. At 30 week scan sonographer told me the eifs faded and are only slightly visible from one angle. She said the baby face appears normal and growth is excellent..is there a need to worry more for a healthy baby as this is stressing me so much?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry at all

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your anxiety about the issue
There is nothing to worry about now as isolated focal finding on ultrasound has no value if other tests are normal
Just relax and forget that there was anything present in previous scan
All the best
