Brief Answer:
Root canal should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

If your teeth have deep decay and nerves are exposed then you should definitely go for Root Canal Treatment first followed by capping as direct capping can cause severe pain and finally you will have to get root canal treatment done.

So it is always better and necessary to get root canal treatment done first.

If you have an x ray of your teeth please upload it here so that I can tell you that exactly you need root canal or not..

Also which teeth are advised for root canal; like upper or lower teeth, front or back teeth?

Both metal ceramic and ceramic crowns are good but will depend on which teeth are to be capped like front or back teeth as well as your budget.

So I would like to know that regarding crown do you have any budget related problems or you can go for any level of expenses?
It will let me decide what is better for you.

So please revert back with the x ray and answers..

Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can opt for metal ceramic crown.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the reply..

You can opt for Metal Ceramic crowns as they have a metal layer under the ceramic layer and are strong enough to bear forces of chewing in back teeth..

But proceed only after root canal treatment..

Please write back for more queries..

Regards.

Brief Answer:
No problems..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
The metal used is in the form.of alloy of inert metals so does not corrode or cause any side effects, so do not worry about it..
