Women, especially in a year or two after child birth suffer from deficiency of calcium and Vit D.

I would consider it essential to take calcium and Vitamin D supplements (if not exposed to enough sunlight) at this stage.

The supplementation should be in the form of Tablets. Tab Shelcal 500mg taken once daily for two months in the morning after breakfast.

It is wise to get the Vit D levels checked in this stage. If low starting Vit D supplementation with Calcium would be productive.

Consult your treating doctor for the test and proper dosage of Vit D if the levels are low.
